Hi, I’m Nick.

I am a lover of plants and nature, a traveller, yoga student & teacher.

My yoga journey began when I moved from Australia to Edinburgh in 2019. Living just around the corner from a friendly yoga studio (East Side Yoga), I committed to a frequent yoga practice with the hopes of finding a routine and connection in my new environment. Several years later, in 2022, my love for yoga led me to a 200-hour Vinyasa YTT with Rebecca Sirman (Rebecca Sirman Yoga) and I have been teaching ever since. Recently, I also completed training in teaching yin yoga with Allison Harrison (Hot Yoga Edinburgh) and children’s yoga with Bryony Duckit (YogaBeez Children’s Yoga School).

My classes will continue to evolve as my experience grows, but my main goal as a teacher is to hold a mindful space for students and encourage them to find calm and confidence within their practice.

Adult Vinyasa Yoga

All Levels are welcome

Move your whole body and find stillness in your mind. These all-round practices are designed to build holistic strength, mobility and flexibility while helping you develop mindful movement and breathing.

Vinyasa Yoga is also great for reducing stress and improving mental focus, as the continuous flow encourages yogis to stay present and in tune with their breath. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Vinyasa Yoga offers a well-rounded practice that strengthens both the body and mind.

Adult Yin Yoga

All levels are welcome

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative form of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than focusing on the muscles. By holding poses for extended periods—often between 2 to 5 minutes—Yin Yoga allows for a deeper stretch and increased flexibility.

One of the main benefits of Yin Yoga is its ability to restore balance in both the body and mind. By holding passive poses, you create space to slow down and connect with your breath, allowing time for introspection and inner stillness.
